Bad customer service

I drove to engen convenience center in phola mall on Sunday 09 June 2019 around 20h50 at kwa mhlanga and an attendant by the name of Sipho deneid to help me because he said i must greet him first. He just left me there until i was helped by another person. He really have a very bad customer service, he must just go to the Bush and heard cattle because working with people does not suit him...
