Bad customer experience at Engen Garage Mokopane Thabo Mbeki Drive

On 22nd Of December 2023 I went to fill up and upon payment I think I paid double the amount that I was supposed to pay. I was supposed to pay R1200 and I believe I paid R2400 due incorrect counting of the money that I had. I reported the matter on the 26th of the same month when I was back in Mokopane, the person in charge took my slip and wrote my number down and promised to come back to me after checking CCV footage. To this date I am still waiting. I use to fill two of my cars there every month and use the same service station to top up two of my cars. I used to spend on average R3000 every month almost all staff members recognised me due to my regular visit. I decided not to go there anymore after the horrible experience. I now use the Engen at Corner Nelson Mandela and Dudu Madisha Drive in the same town of Mokopane
