Bad car wash

I took my car to the car wash on 21 May 2018. The previous day I purchased a waterless car wash at Spar for R69.99. When i left the car at the car wash I put the sealed bottle in my boot. On Sunday 27 May 2018 when I wanted to use the car wash the bottle was empty. I went to the car wash to complain to the manager and he dismissed me saying he will call me back with feedback. He did not call so I returned the next day . All he said its the cleaners word against mine. Im not happy with this at all. Please help.
