BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!!

I cannot begin to express my dissatisfaction of the experience that I just had at Engen Vredekloof garage. I put r100 petrol and the card máchine timed out and said declined meanwhile the money went off my bank account. The attendant that goes by the name of Jackson advised I should do it again after telling and showing him money was deducted. I then swiped another r100 and even this time it timed out and another r100 gets deducted. I advised them I dont have any other money to swipe as its not my fault that this happened. As a regular customer I felt so defeated when they said i must give them something to the value of r100 and that infront of my kids that i was dropping at school. I couldnt see anything in the car so they asked for spanners.. I got outside my car and Checked in the boot if theres anything and had to give my car Jack to them. This whole ordeal left a bitter taste and Now Vredekloof Engen will not see me again. NOW I LOST A JACK AND ALSO R200 THAT WaS MY LAST MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. EVEN THOUGH IT WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 48HOURS I STILL LEAVES ME WITHOUT MONEY THAT I COULDVE SPENT ON FOOD FOR MY KIDS.
