BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF

I usually go to the garage car wash as its close to home and opens early. Each time I have gone I am disappointed by the level of service and bad attitude of the staff but return in the hope that there are improvements.<br> Sunday 12th April 2015 will be the last time I go and will be having my car washed elsewhere from now on. I waited 5 minutes in the wash bay while staff stared at me and walked past me. eventually as I pulled out to leave an attendant came and directed me and started washing my car half-heartedly. Needless to say the car was not washed properly neither was it dried properly. As an older woman I was intimated by the staff and felt uncomfortable had I complained there and then. The person in charge was totally apathetic to my complaint and no managers visible at all.<br> an apology doesn't really help - what is actually going to be done about the situation ?
