Bad attitude of petrol attendant

I just went to Engen Plattekloof to help a family member that got stuck on the N1 without petrol. The family member rushed to hospital to be on time for visiting hours. They travelled from Stellenbosch to Panorama Medi Clinic. So I went to Engen Plattekloof , asked for a bottle to fill up 5 litres in order to fill up the tank a few minutes later. It is a new 2016 Toyota Rav4 with about a 65 litre tank capacity . The attendant responded that we are a very irresponsible family. His attitude was stinking to say the least. I am living here for six years and will never fill up again at Engen. Shocking service that cost them R800 of business tonight only. At the rate of attitude experienced, they are probably losing more on a daily basis.
