Bad attitude for lady working at the counter

I was going into the store of the Engen Impala Service Station garage in Phalaborwa. I forgot to wear my mask as I’m driving by myself. The lady working at the counter approaches me and tells me that they don’t want me in the store.

Instead of correcting me and reminding me of my mask. She tells me that they don’t want me in the store. I was annoyed and irritated by her statement. She did even correct me, I had to figure out why she was says this. Her attitude was appalling.

If this is the manner in which Engen Impala Service Station employees conduct themselves, they are go to bring this brand into disrepute.

Wear of masks in a new thing for everyone and will take time to get used. There is nothing wrong with reminding each other courteously.

Engen Impala Service Station needs to train their staff in terms of approach their customers in regards to COVID-19. We are in this together and we need to assist each other.
