Bad Attitude

Filled up my car the other morning at the Engen One stop in Monte Vista.

The petrol attended that assisted me was already in a terrible mood at around 9am. His name was Issa (could be spelling it incorrectly) After he filled up my car I ask him for a cash slip. I waited patiently as he went to get it. After about 10 minutes I still had no cash slip, he walked towards my car and shouted "WHAT?!" Looking very annoyed. I politely asked for my cash slip again and when he returned I then explained that the manner in which he spoke to me was unacceptable. He then gave me a lovely sarcastic look and said "Okay ma'am" and rolled his eyes. This makes me so angry. How on earth can you speak to people in such a manner?! I work in the service industry myself and know how important it is to treat people in a professional manner. If I had to speak to someone like that I would probably get a warning. I shouldn't feel as if I am inconvening him by asking him for a cash slip. Its your job to provide the service!

I definitely won't be filling up my car at the Engen One stop in Monte Vista ever again.
