Bad attitude

I wanted to fill up my car and buy pies for me and a friend. I made a mistake when saying russian pie instead of cheese griller...when i asked just to replace the russian pie with the cheese griller the SERVICE attendant complained by sighing and saying that I didnt say that in the first place. I turned around and left without taking anything or using Engen petroleum because of her bad attitude toward business. If you guys dont want business in South Africa then I honestly dont see a future for you. Your staff needs to be trained....we as customers expect service when dealing with a service company....or id do it myself.
