BAD AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Yesterday around 6.40pm, i passed by Engen garage in Clayville behind Shoprite. My light was on and wanted to re-fill my diesel. i went behind another car so when i saw that number 7 tanker was open, i went there, the petrol ladies at the garage continued with their phones, ignoring my existence. i had to request for some assistance in anger because it felt like i never existed to them. they looked at me and one of them, came and poured diesel to my car and she didn't even bother to tell me that she was done or if i wanted a slip, she went back to her colleague and they both continued with their phones. The other lady, which was assisting another car on tanker 8, spoke to those 2 petrol attendants ladies, while they continued with their phones, people are suffering from depression and they should learn to take it somewhere and not in this garage. what was my fault, requesting the lady busy chatting on the phone for assistance? i parked my car on the parking bay and asked another guy (petrol attendant) for a manager and was told that they was no manager in duty during that time. Their service is so pathetic and they should change the way they assist all the people and not only run for taxi drivers. Their service is so bad and will never use that Engen garage ever again. This kind of service should come to an end and they should learn good customer service.
