Attitude
Engene Garage in diepkloof zone 5. The lady gave us attitude, we wanted to withdraw from the FNB ATM inside the store, everyday they open at 6am. Today she tells me that she will open at 6:30am, I asked since when, she said starting from now.
We are not happy with the service at all. We need to go to work and we came here knowing they open at 6am

27 Jul 2023, 06:21That light in complexion Iady doesn't deserve this, she doesn't know what customer service is, you can go online and check the operation hours, why doesn't it say 06:30am as of today. She's happy she's at work, but us we have to suffer and wait for her attitude to be back to normal so that we can go to work. She must call me and apologies.
