Attendant *****

The Engen Garage was busy at this time, so I waited behind a car to finish. The attendant helped me right after the previous car left (He did not go into she Shop to load the payment of the previous car) , as I climed out of the car, I asked for R150, out of habit I looked at the pump to see what the previous car paid for the fuel. It was R50,10c, I quickly went into the Garage shop and game out, the attendant 'Russel' said he accedentally put R50.10c in my car and he will put the rest now.

I asked for the slips, and he went into the garage and gave me the two seperate slips which the amount was R50.10 and R100.01. When I left the garage my car showed I can drive 90km. I drive a Citroen C2 and the car's ussage of fuel is very low. That showed that the ful R150 was not put in my car. Altough I have the slips, he obviously did not load the previous car's payment and gave me that slip.

Its just R50 ****** from me, but this is unacceptable. I will never use this Engen's again. I hope consumer's see this post and is aware of this situation.
