assaulted by petrol attendants

My brother went to fill up the fuel on Saturday afternoon at engen garage on mabopane. Few minutes away from the garage he checked and realized that fuel was not poured and immediately turned back to confirm with the attendant. When he asked the attendant responsible, the guy ignored him. The asked for the manager but one of the attendants said the manager is nor allowed to come outside. The a guy who was working on till known as Jimmy came out and started swearing, when my brother tells him to stop swearing, 4 attendants came and held him for Jimmy to beat him. I drove to the other engen nearby hoping to find the manager but instead while I was asking for the manager, the owner of the two engen garages came. I explained to him what had happened and he did not seem to know what to do. It is clear to me that the staff know nothing about customer service and care instead they gang fight their customers. This is upsetting especially because my brother sustained an injury on his eye which we can't predict if this eye will give him problems or what<br> <br>
