Appalling service

The staff at park town Engen are obnoxious. We went there with my friend to get some stuff.. my friend had a face shield and yes we were not aware it was not allowed but no one stopped her so after she was told she can’t make any purchase and she went out to wait for me .. the staff attacked me and told me where to get off also telling me that if I want to escalate I can do so and nothing will be done. My friend was wrong but why was I attacked and told to escalate ??? Meaning that other customers are disrespected and nothing is done about it ??? What a service
