Appalling, disgusting, unforgivable customer service- ENGEN
<p>Appaling, disgusting customer srervice. Order took a month to deliver. *********** customer service representatives from the agent to the area manager</p>

I have tried unsuccessfully to call you on your cell phone ( ********** 766) and was also unable to leave a voice mail.
We have looked into your query and note that only one of your orders was not delivered as per service level agreement. Regrettably this order was delivered one day late.
The late delivery took place during the nationwide petroleum industry strike when Engen supply infrastructure was limited. You were advised accordingly of the impact of the strike.
As Engen we implemented contingency plans to ensure we were able to serve our customers as best as possible during the three-week long industrial action.
You remain a valued customer of Engen and we regret any inconvenience caused.
