Another great South African Ripoff!
I fill my vehicle with diesel at the same Engen garage in Kloof KZN every Sunday as I have for years. (I have every slip to prove it) Every Sunday I get asked for my Clicks card..... and strange thing..... I NEVER EVER GET REWARDS on my clicks card. Considering the cost of fuel I should be earning a fortune.... so where are all the points going I ask.... well tried to mail ENGEN - that mail just fails and no one answers the phones.... Now isnt that amazing - that they can ***** from people with a supposedly "free" rewards scheme???
