Almost lost my life due to POOR SERVICE

Still haven't received feedback, since the incident took place.

The petrol attendant pumped my wheels up too hard and this caused a tyre to burst on the N1 highway. Literally almost lost my life on that day and I was alone and for a female to be stranded is risky in this country. The manager and boss said I must get reports and let companies inspect the tyre and there were obvious signs of overinflation which caused the tyre to burst. This resulted in me paying for my own damages and damages to the body of my vehicle.

They kept saying they have video footage almost like I am theft that stole from them, I made it clear to them I didn't want millions. I simply just wanted the damages to be paid for and fixed. Because it seemed to them that I just wanted payouts probably, but if you wrong you wrong and the service they provided almost cost me my life.

That was the last stop before I got onto the N1 to ensure I had enough petrol and my water, oil and tyres are checked. Luckily I checked my own water and oil. Because if that person couldn't pump tyres properly then what about my engine bay.

Doesn't seem like that petrol attendant received proper training.

I am so disappointed in the communication and this happened on 2 January and I still did not get any feedback from the management. I had to cancel my entire trip and on top of that had to contact someone to come change my wheel since I could not stand on the highway alone.
