All customers are equal - Disgusting bad service

So last week Friday my husband and I drove to an Engen Garage in Marianhill (commonly known as *****s). We drove in to be serviced at one of the empty stations - it was not that busy, we waited to be serviced, a few minutes later we hooted for attention but no help. What was irritating was that we could see the attendants standing and loitering but not helping us. A few minutes later another vehicle drove into the empty station next to us and immediately got help. We still waited and indicated that we have not been helped, we eventually decided to jst drive off.
