Aknowleding a mistake and fitting the bill
My car was accidentally filled with Diesel even though it is clearly marked. I only noticed this once the car started giving problems. I then realized what the problem could be and parked the car. I contacted Nikki at Engen and told him what I suspect what happened and without hesitation he said: \Just send me the bill."I did not expect that as most companies don't want to admit when they did something wrong. He was also true to his word and immediately made payment once VW contacted him for payment. I want to thank him for this awesome reaction as it is seldom you get this these days."""
