Aggressive Manager Smoking Cigarettes at Garage

Went to put fuel at around 5.20pm 10 dec 2019 . Moslem manager smoking whilst they off loading gas bottles. Then he walks into engen shop with a lit cigarette to his office. I confront him regarding this and that I have a child in my car. As we leaving he stands at entrance to shop and lights another cigarette. I then went and photographed him. He grab the phone and was aggressive and did not to return the phone. Disgusting service. This manager should be fired. There is a tobacco law and dangerous to smoke at garages. Surely as a manager he is aware of this.
