Accumulating Clicks points its a problem at Engen garages

I think its best if clicks cancel the points thing with Engen because I am being given problems when it comes to accumulate points at Engen garages, today on my way back from Limpopo I stopped at Kranskop Engen garage at 12h36 putting fuel, my partner went inside the shop to get snacks I gave the attended by the name of Abraham Sekele if not Seleke my clicks card to accumulate points thinking my partner won't take time inside the shop, when he came back 5mins was gone I told the attended to Start the transition because the time has lapsed so I can get points he refused to take my card telling me that it hasn't lapsed I instead and still he refused to start the transition telling me its ***** I asked him how is it ***** because he is starting the new transaction he didn't care he insteaded that I will get the points we paid for the fuel which was R327.61 when the slip comes I showed him that I didn't accumulate points and I want them, he tells me that he doesn't issue points told him its his fault because I told him the time has lapsed I won't accumulate points he said he can't help me. I am not happy at all with the service when it comes to clicks points something needs to be done this can't keep going on.
