Access and state of filling station

Good day<br> <br> I have been a regular customer at Engen Monavoni filling station for years<br> <br> I have now totally stopped going there for the following reasons:<br> 1. Access to the filling station is restricted from the one end and I have to make an ******* U-turn every time I exit the filling station. This is also dangerous to other traffic.<br> 2. The filling station is outdated. It does not give me the feeling I get when I fill at the Sasol on the opposite side. It looks old and dull compared to the Sasol<br> <br> I have approached the owner. All he can tell me is that he spoke to Engen, he cannot do anything more. If this really is the case I hope others get to see what Engen think about their customers
