Absolutely terrible customer service

Filled my tank with diesel on 01/02/2023. On 03/02/2023 my fuel filter light came on. Took car to mechanic and they put my vehicle on diagnostic machine. The machine picked up water in fuel filter. They drained fuel filter and it was evident that there was water in the diesel. I approached the garage (Engen on Mouton Road Horison Roodepoort) and was met with a very arrogant, defensive and aggressive owner. He said that it was definitely not his fault even though I only fill car at his filling station, he also said that rain probably got into my fuel tank (how that is even possible is beyond me because fuel tank was closed and not exposed to the rain at all) I am now sitting with R5000 repairs to vehicle and been unable to work this week because vehicle can't be driven till the engine has been flushed, new fuel filter put in and diesel tank been cleaned.

Really would not recommend Engen to anyone, because I have contacted Engen head office and still have had no reply on this very expensive issue and the owner of the filling station is no help either.
