Absolutely pathetic service

<p>I have always been a fan of Engen, but after the pathetic ****ing aervice i received tonight, i will bad mouth the ****ing place like it is a ********* traing centre. We are standing in a que because some guy wants coffee, of which the cashier needs to help. Then another employee who can handle the till because he could help 2 black guys in front of me has the audacity to say we just nees to be patient, then takes his food from the microwave and leaves. </p>
