Absolutely disgusting attitude

The service I received this morning from Engine was really disappointing and pathetic.

I went to fill up my car at Engine Kritzinger, and the petrol attendant broke my petrol cap.

Instead for her apologizing she told me that she found my petrol cab broken and I should have informed her that the cap was broken.

I told her this was the first time my cap broke. She could've just apologized. She told she will not apologize.

Instead left me at the pump and decided to leave me at the pump looking like an idiot that's lost and went to chit, chat with her colleagues until I asked one of the colleagues to call the manager.

The manger then said we should put glue or weld my cab back, which I refused because my vehicle never had glue put on and will not start now, I do not know the impact of the glue or welding of the cab.

I believe the manager should have called the attendant and asked the attendant to fix their attitude.

I mean, I am a loyal and paying customer to Engen I deserve their respect.

Because my son was running late for school I had to leave the cab there, now that's a waste of my time and fuel to go back the, I really should not be dealing with such, just because I chose to be a loyal customer at Engen.
