A Breath of Fresh Air

<p>I would like to commend the Engen on Settlers Way, East London (across from the airport) for thier friendly petrol attendants. In a city where nobody seems to care about customer service, this Engen really stands out. It does not matter if you are putting in R50 petrol or R500 petrol, the attendants always greet you with a friendly smile, wash your windscreen and rear window and make sure you are well looked after. They always remember to ask about oil, water and tyres and are happy to assist with these things, nothing is too big an effort for them. I hope that the manager will pass on my review and tell his staff - you are among the first faces that people see when entering East London from this side and you are giving them a fantastic experience and are truly doing an amazing job.
