3 years later: still hassled by car guards at Highveld northbound
<p>It must be 3 years or so since I complained about being hassled by carguards at Highveld R21 northbound, and you said you would sort them out.</p> <p>I seldom use Highveld, but was there the other day. Guess what?- still getting hassled.</p>
