3 year old not allowed to use bathroom.

Today I took my child to the Dr because she was not well. On our way back she wanted to use a toilet. We then went to Engen garage in Mapetla and requested to use the toilet. I was shocked when we were told they dont know where the key is. My child was so pressed that she was even crying because her tummy was hurting. I have been using that garage for a long time, they even call my little gir the chappies girl because when we pass by she would want us to go in to buy chappies. I never thought a female would treat a 3 year old like that, I am so dissapointed. Hope it never happens to anyone ever again
