1 app is trash

I loaded my 1 app with about R 30 today. Bear in my I am going through truly horrific financial period, I can barely afford to keep a roof over my head. I get to the garage to fill up and the app does not reflect my new balance.

The embarrassment, to have to leave your phone behind at the garage for R30 worth of fuel. Mind you this is the only R30 I have and I loaded it onto the app and I cannot use it.

You guys have not only shamed me but have taken the little dignity I have left. I really want someone to shout at and make you guys feel what I had to through but it wont matter because you are going to do anything about it.

Just load my money. Now I have to go borrow money so that I can get my phone released. You have made feel like less than a human. Now I have to beg you for my own money.
