Admin nightmare

Experiencing extreme inefficiency and inability toward administrative processes. Being charged double for months on end, being on the receiving end of over half dozen incorrect invoices pertaining to wrong account number In a space of an hour or two. Empty promises being made telephonically that I can only assume we’re tactics to pacify me. Complete inability to perform administrative functions. Waiting on reimbur*****t! Need immediate resolve
