Useless company. I have been without electricity for two days and they are not helpful. Their call centerstaff are very unprofessional and useless. No direct line, you wait on a queue for a long time to be told they can't assist with something simple such as unblocking a meter box so that you can purchase electricity. I just moved to a new property and my meter box is still not activated after two days.
