WORST SERVICE EVER

They actually do not even deserve a star. I sent 3 sms's and still no token number for my electricity. When you call, it is as if you do not know what you are even talking about. The never take any responsibility as if they are doing you a favour. We are paying for this service. Pretty annoying.
