Where is my full refund??

I cancelled the order for prepaid, due to 1. Bad Service, and rude staff. 2. They were insistent that I pay an extra R250 for a small meter cover made of fibreglass, and I refused. After failing to refund into my account the Friday, that they said it would be done, they then refunded a small portion of the full amount that I had paid, a week later! I paid R1680, and they have only deposited R791! Bad service all round.
