System off line over 24 hours

<p>Pripaid off line over 24 hours. Not able to get hold of the call centre as it off line. This not able to load my electricity. A representative of prepaid meter live in the same complex and can not help as say. I'm off duty. We had nothing but trouble and issue with the new vendor from the beginning of the month.</p>
