Sneaky contracts

Beware - I had a meter installed, shortly thereafter the body corporate installed prepaid in all units. I cancelled the meter contract but did not specifically cancel the "separate" maintenance contract. You sign a maintenance contract with them and they claim it is a separate agreement. How and why would I have a maintenance contract if I don't have a meter. This contract also has a contract period with cancellation penalties. Simply underhanded and sneaky
