Putrate service

My company has been using the prepaid meters platform for more than 12 years. I require a meter to be replaced. I called the technical department & I was told to send an email to ***. I sent the email immediately at 08.32 with details of my company, customer no. & meter no. I called to confirm that the email had been received. I had to make 8 follow-up calls to get a quotation, which was sent the next afternoon. The pro forma invoice had my name, not my company & an address in KZN unknown to me. I made payment last Friday morning of the amount due. I received no details of the date when the meter will be replaced. I called 7 times this morning before I was able to reach the Field Service Team. During one call I was left holding on for 20 minutes. When I questioned Chrisropher Naidoo aboutt5he incorrect details, he blamed system error. I told him that is BS as it is his responsibility to check the details before sending out the invoice. Very poor & disappointing service from Enbaya. It is apparent that they ate not interested in providing customers with the service they deserve.

Hello Musa.  We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the error on your initial quote. We have investigated the matter, and it appears that a manual input error was the cause. However, once the quote was generated through our system, the correct details were reflected.

I'm pleased to inform you that we've since rectified the situation. Upon receiving payment this morning, we expedited the replacement of your meter, and it was completed today.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
