Prepaid water overcharged

<p>I have tried getting through to the above company on their helpline ********** 870 to get technical help. They put you on hold and after approx. 3 minutes just cut you off. My complaint: I live in a complex with 8 units in Gauteng and we have prepaid water meters from the above company. They are managed by Trfalgar Properties. We pay from R20 - R62 per kl of water - that comes to more than dubble the tariffs from Municipal water. Municipality charges you between R0 (first 6 kl) to R34,41 (more than 40kl). I know a supply company like Prepaid Waters can take an admin fee, but that's way to much. I thought the prepaid water thing would help me save costs on water and electricity, not pay more!! Can you please advise.</p>
