Kian Govender taking a call from me as Frustration was high . . . that PPM ARE taking my money and not rendering the service that I'm paying for... Kian was calm and patient and HANDLED the case like a Champion. He is a professional and we need more guys like KIAN GOVENDER ( this guy is what customer care' is all about) to solve our issues.
Enbaya PPM needs to let Kian Govender teach the rest of their team how its done in the Customer Care department (technical dep.)
Well done Kian Govender at Enbaya Prepaid Meters. Keep up the excellent work. You a pro. Thank you for being patient with me.
