Enbaya Prepaid Meters faulty and can be bypassed, leaving landlords to fit the bills

This has been my experience with Enbaya PrePaid - I have 12 prepaid meters supp**** by Enbaya Prepaid Meters on my rental properties. I discovered that I was under recovering on my bills and after months of conversations back and forth they went out to check and found that there was a software glitch that allowed the tenants to re-use old tokens over and over again.

I am now battling to get compensation for there mistake and have been told to discuss it with China. I am many 1000's of Rands out of pocket.

Very frustrating company to try and deal with.
