Your email is very alarming for us as we never want any of our customers to go without power and suffer needlessly.
However, you are again accusing us of something that we are not responsible for. As explained to you previously, Enbaya cannot be held responsible for the delay incurred by BANK to BANK transfers which are subject to standard BANKING RULES. It has to be the same bank in order to be almost immediate, it cannot be two different banks.
Our customer care senior team jumped for you last time, they really went beyond the normal procedure to ensure you had power almost immediately. This was an exception and not something we can repeat. Our customer care manager then personally called you to explain the delay between different banks and recommended that you allow for this time period if you plan on making future payments from Capitec Bank. But to clear it up once more, when you do an EFT from Capitec to either our ABSA, FNB, STD Bank or Nedbank account there will be a 24-48hr clearance/waiting period enforced by the bank that we at Enbaya cannot change.
As soon as we have an Enbaya Capitec Bank Account you will be the first to know. Our sales team will also consider alternatives for you, they will reach out tomorrow.
We hope that you understand,
Kind regards
Enbaya
