Worst experience with a courier - ever!
<p>I bought something on eBay, from the US, and it was shipped via USPS, but it arrived in South Africa safely, now it's just not being delivered. EMS couriers and JIMC (Johannesburg international mail centre) aren't answering their phones or responding to their emails. I have sent multiple emails to multiple addresses and tried phoning multiple different numbers at varying times of the day, but I am not getting any reponses or answers. The numbers and email addresses I have tried can be found here: https://www.postoffice.co.za/ContactUs/contactdetails.html and here: https://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php/502152-EMS-Couriers-(JHB-International-Mail-Centre)-contact<br />I received 2 notifications on my tracking, saying that the delivery failed, but no reason was specified, and no courier arrived at the given address either, so it's not because they actually tried delivering it. EMS states that you can track your item on http://ems.sapo.co.za but that just gives me the default page of a web server that's not hosting anything yet. I also found this site: https://www.emssouthafrica.co.za/EmsWebSite/IPSTracking.aspx but it just states the same thing, and not why it's failing.<br />From my understanding, EMS is an international organisation. Hopefully they wont allow the South African branch to ***** their reputation, and hopefully do something about this terrible scenario. Please, EMS international? </p>
