Delivered Status but haven't received package
Hi, on the 13/01/2026 I placed a order and on the 28/01/2026 my tracking status show "Delivered" after "Arrived at sorting and distribution center" but never received any communication regarding my order that it's out for delivery, no phone call no sms nothing and it's been 3 months now yet haven't received anything and no communication from them at all. They don't respond to emails and trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and has become a very frustrating process to find where the package could have been delivered to or which Post Office and they not much help either. I have exhausted all options since then to try and find it. On countless emails to Shipper's their response have been very poor and terrible to help with finding my package as all they can see it was delivered and it was signed for, which is concerning as I never received it but can't seem to see where it was delivered to. If I could give them no star I would as EMS courier is the WORSE and would not recommend at all.

Package not received in 15-20 days as promised
Very disappointed. I ordered online 13/01/2026 and arrived fast in South Africa, but my package I still have not received been now a month and few days, as EMS courier are handling my parcel but received no updates and when I email or call to the information given, I receive no response. Last status update on 17track and Universal parcel it showed on the 28/01/2026 "Leaving the sorting centre on the way" and changed last week (18/02/2026)when I checked to "Not found waiting on carriers to update" .I have tried all options but seem to have no luck. If I had the option to choose another courier company I would, as shipper chose this option and also not responding to my emails. Now not knowing where my package is and not getting answers.
