Why dont they just close their business?????

<p>Dear EMS,</p> <p> </p> <p>its unfortunate that my supplier decided to use DHL mail who ended up using you. </p> <p>I've used 3 platforms to try and track my parcel. DHL says the item is ready for delievery, Global track and trace says its has arrived at the place of delivery, the post office track and trace says its from customs. I called the post office call center and they tell me the item has been detained, but when I called the international mail center last week, they said my parcel would be delivered last week friday, today they are not even answering the phone.</p> <p>I just wanna scream and swear at my supplier for using EMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But they keep referring me to DHL, who cannot help me since they have handed over my parcel to EMS!</p> <p>The last time I used the post office, my parcel was missing for a month and I ended up having to go to the EMS offices at OR Tambo to get my parcel. someone had forgotten the parcel there...</p> <p>Why dont you just close your business??????????????!!!!!!!!</p>
