When we talk about the poorest service thats EMS.

For the past 5 days I have been trying to get my parcel from EMS even today its the 6th day I haven't received a very important parcel. I believe that since now they have lots of customers they don't care anymore. If the was a massive way that I can expose them trust me I would spend all my cents trying to teach them a lesson. Their call Centre or switchboard attitudes is so unbearable. You hold on the line for approximately 2 hours only for them to just hung up the phone on you. If by a mistake you get though they will play with you like a toy, transferring you to all the people that works in the building. If you guys are sick of us or enough with our money rather tell people to stop using your services.
