Waiting for Parcels for the last 5 months

Waiting for Parcels for the last 5 months<br> <br> The parcels sows on the tracking cod's that it's in South Africa from November 2014, still don't have the goods and the goods are still at the Air port Hub . How can that be????? Cannot believe that we have a postal service that runs there business lick that ! what must I do to get my parcels?? <br> <br> This is the tracking numbers! RC***HK
