Terrible service my goodness

<p>How EMS is still allowed to legitimately operate as a business is beyond me. I was expected to pay a higher amount than the original purchase price and then I sent it back for re-assessment. No one ever answers the phone even at 08am on the dot it says their agents are currently busy...se voet!! I'm convinced the phones do not even ring on their side. It's been 3 weeks since my parcel was sent back and the online tracking does not seem to be updated regularly. I've also been told they don't allow walk in customers at their depot so I'm now stuck and don't know what to do. Please this company needs to be shut down!!</p>
