TERRIBLE POSTAL SERVICE

<p>I used the EMS courier service to deliver a parcel to Netherlands almost a month ago. The intended receiver has not received the parcel.</p> <p>The post office staff says they cannot assist me. They gave me the contact details for the Johannesburg EMS office. Their telephone is never answered, nor do they respond to emails.</p> <p>The intended receiver is disgrantled, so am I.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
