Short Staffed and Delays!

Incoming Parcel taking forever to be dispatched. Had to wait 15 minutes on the phone for an answer, was then told that EMS is short staffed. I offered to drive to the Airport myself but was told that EMS does not accept walk ins.<br> <br> Please advise.<br> Vincent
