Shocking service, not worth even 1 star!!!

<p>I handed in documents on 7th September at the Rondebosch Post Office to be courierd by EMS Couriers to Abu Dhabi in the UAE. After the client in Abu Dahi had not received them by 18th Sept, I started trying to trace to where they had dissapeared. According to the website track and trace facility, they had gone to Sydney, Australia before being forwarded to the UAE !!! Trying to contact EMS customer service via telephone is a joke, eventually after 5 calls and 30 minutes of wasted time, I gave up. Today I finally managed to get hold of them via a landline number in Cape Town, however they could not assist me and informed me that once the documents had left South Africa, they could not longer offer any follow up and that the clietn needed to go and fecth them from the Abu Dhabi post office themselves!!! I did not pay R364 for the recipient to do the work! Shocking service, will NEVER use them again. </p>
