**** SERVICE FROM EMS "COURIERS"

I have sent a parcel from Tanzania to South Africa on the 28th of March. They claim on their website 2 -5 days. 13 days later no one can tell me where my parcel is (that is if you can get hold of an operator). First it was in JHB, the following day in transit, the following day it was in Amsterdam. Really?!?!?! My parcel contains my passport due at the Moroccan embassy for a visa. If my passport is not there on time, I lose my visa, which in turn I lose my R23500 airplane tickets!!!

Absolute shocking service!!!!!! I shall not recommend EMS to anyone!!! I shall not even trust them to send an email ( to which I have sent about 8, with NO RESONSE)
